The area of the house is 145m2, with an outside deck over 70m2 including an infinity pool.

The Villa consists of a ground floor, with a large lounge located in the center, a kitchen fully equipped, a cellar, a toilet, and a guest bedroom. From the lounge a staircase leads you upstairs to an an alleyway overlooking the living room.
The upstair floor consists of two large air-conditioned bedrooms (one with its own private terrace), a bathroom with a large shower and laundry, as well as a toilet.

Bedroom 1: Large air-conditioned room of 17m2 overlooking the lagoon as well as a private terrace. The bedroom has large closets and cupboards, a king size bed, screens on the windows, a TV and a safe.
