** Since the apartment is rented for stays of more than one month, utilities are not included in the rent. The cost of these supplies (electricity, gas and water) will be calculated according to consumption. We will ask you for a provision of funds, before your arrival, in the amount of 4€ per day and we will regularize the final amount once we have the corresponding invoices from the utility companies.


In the center of Torremolinos, less than ten minutes walk to the Bajondillo beach, you will find this charming apartment perfect for your holidays and your days of rest and disconnection.

It is the 7th floor of the building, which gives it a lot of light and wonderful views of the entire town. It is perfect for a group of no more than 4 people. Decorated in a single environment, the bedroom area has a trundle bed, so you will find the second bed underneath, making it very easy to remove it and have it ready to sleep in two separate beds. The sofa is a double sofa bed that can sleep the third and fourth person. In the living room, although small, there are all kinds of equipment, also a TV, cabinets to store your clothes, spaces to put your personal things, etc. The kitchen area is at the entrance of the apartment, separated from the living room, it is a small but very functional kitchen with everything you need to eat and cook during your holidays. The bathroom, large and spacious in which more than one person can be perfectly accommodated, has a large shower and space to store all the toiletries for 4 people comfortably.

And finally we go to the terrace, equipped with a table and chairs to relax and have some wines, or have a quiet dinner, the terrace is glazed, so you can decide depending on the day it is and how hot you have to open the windows or leave them closed to be cooler, but still enjoy the advantages of a terrace.

The apartment has air conditioning so you will be comfortable and comfortable, a Wi-Fi internet connection, and everything you need to make your vacation a good memory.

In the area, you have everything you will need during your stay: shops of all kinds from food, to pharmacies, clothing stores, bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues. You can walk to the beach perfectly and you will arrive quickly.
