** Since the apartment is rented for stays of more than one month, utilities are not included in the rent. The cost of these supplies (electricity, gas and water) will be calculated according to consumption. We will ask you for a provision of funds, before your arrival, in the amount of 4€ per day and we will regularize the final amount once we have the corresponding invoices from the utility companies.
In the center, next to the town hall, in a unique place, from where you can get to know Seville on foot and enjoy the best and most popular places for tapas, and typical food, shopping and seeing the authentic life of the Sevillians.
The apartment is located in a historic building, fully renovated and with a unique charm, the central patio is one of the most beautiful in all of Seville. You will not be able to stop taking photos.
Due to the age of the building and the type of building it is, there is no elevator.
It is perfect for up to 4 people. It is on the second floor, it has 50m2. It consists of an exterior double room, decorated with great taste and with a double bed. The living-dining room is also decorated with great taste and is totally new, it has the rest area with the sofa that is a sofa bed and in which 2 more people can sleep. There is a very large flat-screen TV and a round table with 4 chairs perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The kitchen is American and has a bar that separates it from the living room. It is equipped with everything you need to cook and prepare the best dishes.
The large bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, has enough space so that more than one person can be comfortable at the same time.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating, and wifi. It is a quiet, comfortable, and very typical place. There is public parking very close, it is the best place where you can leave your car because you will not need it to get to know the city because you are going to stay in the best area of Seville.
