** Since the apartment is rented for stays of more than one month, utilities are not included in the rent. The cost of these supplies (electricity, gas and water) will be calculated according to consumption. We will ask you for a provision of funds, before your arrival, in the amount of 5,5€ per day and we will regularize the final amount once we have the corresponding invoices from the utility companies.

It is tastefully decorated with quality furniture and absolutely everything is new. The apartment is completely renovated inside, the kitchen is brand new, large and spacious and very equipped, and very sunny.
The living-dining room has an exit to a small terrace with a fantastic table and chairs to spend very pleasant moments, the living-dining room has a part of the dining room with a round glass table surrounded by chairs that form a special place for dinners, breakfasts, and lunches of all guests. The living room has a very comfortable and large sofa and a large TV, and the whole space is decorated with very nice furniture, forming a very harmonious environment.
The apartment is composed of three bedrooms, all perfectly equipped and decorated with new furniture and in all of them, there is a desk.
