** Since the apartment is rented for stays of more than one month, utilities are not included in the rent. The cost of these utilities (electricity, gas, and water) will be calculated according to consumption. We will ask you for a provision of funds, before your arrival, in the amount of 5,5 € per day and we will regularize the final amount once we have the corresponding invoices from the utility companies.
The apartment is located in the town of Garrucha in a new apartment building, on the second floor with an elevator.
Ideal to spend a long season of work or studies. It is quiet and cozy,
fully equipped, new, with air conditioning and free wifi.
Enjoy it and its two double rooms with double bed in each room, are very bright and large.
It has 2 bathrooms have natural light.
A sofa bed can accommodate extra occupants.
The kitchen is American style and integrated into the living room, it is equipped with all the necessary appliances and kitchen utensils.
The living room is very large, sunny, and with access to a fantastic terrace.
The apartment has two terraces, one at the foot of the living room, with a table and chairs for dinners, lunches, and breakfasts. Due to its location, it is very protected from the sun and has fantastic air.
Upstairs, accessed from the living room by a spiral staircase, the apartment has another private terrace of about 50m2, with sun loungers and space for sunbathing, rest, enjoying wonderful views of both the town and the sea, and relaxing after a day of work or study.
The village of Garrucha is quiet but in it you have at your disposal all kinds of services, such as supermarkets and restaurants.
