** Since the apartment is rented for stays of more than one month, utilities are not included in the rent. The cost of these supplies (electricity, gas, and water) will be calculated according to consumption. We will ask you for a provision of funds, before your arrival, in the amount of 5€ per day and we will regularize the final amount once we have the corresponding invoices from the utility companies.
Amazing duplex apartment, it is perfect for up to 4 people. Downstairs, there is the living room, with both areas very well separated, the lounge area with the sofa, TV and several decorative poufs as well as to be able to sit and be comfortable is ideal for relaxing after a long day of work or studies.
The apartment has WI-FI and air conditioning, there is also an extra-large fan to support the upper floor.
The dining area with a large table and chairs is located between the kitchen and the living room. The kitchen is large, independent, and equipped with all appliances ( coffee machine, dryer, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, etc.). It is very large and up to 3 people can be cooking at the same time comfortably.
The bathroom, which is also on this floor, is completely renovated, is large, and has a very comfortable and functional corner shower. On this same floor is one of the bedrooms, it is double and is equipped with two single beds. On the upper floor which is accessed by a staircase in the living room, is the second bedroom, the entire top floor is occupied by this room, is a spacious area with large closets and a double bed, is secured with a safety railing so there is no danger of any kind.
The apartment is bright despite being a first floor, its industrial style decoration makes it a very cozy, modern, and totally different place. There are no stairs and no elevator is necessary to access the apartment, which makes it very comfortable.
