1 To visit us

No need to book an appointment ! Our office is open every day without interruption, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 7pm. For weekends or holidays, an appointment is needed. The nearest subway station is : George V (line 1). We are located approximately 300 meters from Place Charles de Gaulle Etoile.
Our office is located on the right hand side of the Champs Elysées avenue (even numbers) heading toward Etoile.

2 Transportation / trains / airports

- From Gare de Lyon :
Take subway line 1 direction : La Défense
Get off at station : George V

- From Gare du Nord (Eurostar station) :
We are located less than 25 minutes from Gare du Nord:
Take subway line 4 direction : Porte d'Orléans then change at : Châtelet
Take subway line 1 direction : La Défense
Get off at station : George V

- From Gare Montparnasse
Take subway line 6 direction : Etoile then change at: Etoile
Take subway line 1 direction : Château de Vincennes

3 Price

The price corresponds to the rent, not the number of people.

4 Arrival

Apartment keys are always given to you at our office from 9am to 7pm, Monday to Friday. Your stay can begin and end when you wish, whatever the day of the week (minimum length of stay : one week). A morning arrival is possible if the apartment is ready otherwise you can leave your luggage in our office from 9am onward.
Should you arrive after 7pm, payment must be made in advance and we will leave a key at a designated location open 24/7.
General information will be given to you to help you organize your stay.

5 Departure

Departures take place before 11am.
Please call several days in advance in order to book an appointment with us (for the check-out in your apartment, with one of our staff members).
The security deposit will be given back to you on that day after verification of the apartment and your phone bill has been paid.

6 Arrival or departure on a weekend or a holiday

Our office is closed during the weekend and holidays. However, you can still arrive on these days provided that the following conditions are met :
We must have received your payment in full (length of entire stay or at least one month's rent). You will then be instructed on where to get your keys and you will come to our office the following Monday to give us the security deposit.

7 Housekeeping / linen supply

All of our apartments are furnished and completely equipped. You do not need to bring your linen (sheets, pillowcases, bathroom mats, small and large bathroom towels, kitchen towels) as these are supplied by us. Our linen is 100% cotton and changed once a week. If you arrive on a Wednesday for example, this will be done every Wednesday. You may also choose a particular day of the week.

8 Telephone / Internet / Television

All of our apartments are equipped with telephone lines open to international calls. Calls are billed at twice the standard rate as we pay the monthly subscription and manage the bills. Telephone number of the apartment cannot be given to you in advance for safety reasons.

Our apartments are located in Paris in districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 15, 16, 17 and Neuilly sur Seine (areas surrounding subway line 1).

11 Options

You can rent a cot or baby bed if you let us know in advance. Please ask for our prices.

12 Pets

Pets are not allowed unless in exceptional circumstances and prearranged with us.

13 Payment

CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE
We offer you the best possible currency exchange rate: we divide the rate between the buying and selling price upon your arrival. You can pay the rent in full in your preferred currency.
CREDIT CARDS
All major creit cards are accepted.

14 Bank transfers

You can wire payments in your home currency, our RIB, the bank details you need, can be found on this site. You are responsible for exchange rate and charges incurred.

15 Changing apartments

Should a preceding client wish to extend his stay (or other circumstances), we have the right to give you an equivalent apartment or of higher quality. This is an advantage: you may have a superior apartment and you will have the priority to extend your stay.

Certain restrictions : we are not responsible in the event of malfunctions or nuisances in/around the apartment building such as : elevators, central heating, scaffolding...

16 Cancellation policy

No penalty fee is made a month in advance. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to your arrival, the security deposit is kept.
You can buy a trip cancellation insurance, 3.5% of your stay (paid in advance): whatever the reason, there is no penalty fee and you may cancel up to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival (if made less than 7 days, we keep your security deposit).
During your stay: you may leave the apartment before your lease ends with a minimum of 14 days' notice. The daily rate will then be recalculated according to the rates in effect and the difference will be reimbursed.
For advance notices made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival, you will receive a credit note valid for your next rental only if the apartment is rented again.
